I'm a fractional CMO and marketing strategist based in Panama, working with companies across Latin America. I step into organisations that are investing in marketing but not seeing the growth they expect — and I find out why.
Most of the time, the problem isn't the campaigns. It's a positioning gap, a funnel leak, or a strategy built for a different stage. I diagnose first, then build the strategy and lead the team to fix it.
My background is unusual: I have an MBA, an Industrial Engineering degree, and I've spent time as a music journalist, a university professor, an agency builder, and a consultant. That breadth is a feature — I get up to speed fast in new industries and see things that pure-marketing eyes miss.
